- Lampi ym. 2000: 70-140 ug/L altistuminen kloorifenoleille aiheutti 1.3 kertaisen riskin vatsakivuille ja ripulille, 1.2 kertaisen riskin pahoivoinnille ja 1.1 kertaisen riskin kutinalle ja silmien kutinalle [2]
- Annostasoksi arviointiin 100 ug/l (0.01-140 ug/l)

- Drinking Water Unit Risk* - 1 × 10-5 per μg/L [3]
- EPA (IRIS 1994) has calculated a cancer potency factor (q1* or slope factor) for 2,4,6-
TCP of 0.02 (mg/kg/day) for both oral and inhalation exposure. This cancer potency factor is equivalent to a drinking water unit risk value and an inhalation unit risk value of 3.1x10-7 (μg/L)-1 and 3.1x10-6 (μg/m3)-1, respectively (IRIS 1994). The drinking water concentration of 2,4,6-TCP associated with an excess lifetime cancer risk of 10-4, 10-5, and 10-6 is 300 μg/L, 30 μg/L , and 3 μg/L, respectively. The air concentration of 2,4,6-TCP associated with an excess lifetime cancer risk of 10-4, 10-5, and 10-6 is 30 μg/m3, 3 μg/m3, and 0.3 μg/m3, respectively (IRIS 1994).
